This modern restaurant provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy our new food. Our head chef has introduced a new lighter food concept reflecting the modern, clean lines of Cotters Restaurant. Cotters Restaurant comfortably seats 70 dining guests. Special occasion dining capacities are shown below.

A two AA Rosette Restaurant, Cotters Restaurant offers a successful blend of modern cooking mixed with a selection of traditional Scottish dishes. Our chef uses only the finest local ingredients available each day. A typical menu could include mussels cooked with herbs, burgandy & cream, panfried breast of duck with a lavender & raspberry sauce, and banana brulee topped with butterscotch ice cream.


Such Mouth Watering dishes are complemented by a carefully chosen wine list of both traditional and new world wines. Aperitifs, liqueurs and coffees may be taken in Cotters Lounge where log fires roar in winter and where conviviality may be derived from the wide ranging selection of Scottish Malt Whiskies.
