Cotters Restaurant at Malin Court Hotel in Ayrshire is an AA Rosette restaurant and provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy a mouth watering blend of modern cooking mixed with a selection of traditional Scottish dishes. Chef Iain Costine uses only the finest locally sourced beef, lamb and seafood - take a look at a typical Cotters menu below.

At Cotters Restaurant we pride ourselves with a relaxed atmosphere, attention to detail and not to mention our stunning location on the West Coast of Scotland overlooking the Isle of Arran and next door to the Open Golf Championship Course at Turnberry, Ayrshire.   Our food is complemented with a carefully chosen wine list of both traditional and new world wines. Cotters provides a lounge ideal for aperitifs, liqueurs and coffees or for sampling one of our many Malt Whiskies from our Scotch Whisky selection.

What better than after a day in Ayrshire visiting Culzean Castle, Robert Burns 'Burns Cottage' in Alloway or even just a stroll along the beach to enjoy dinner at Cotters or if you prefer, our Malin High Tea - traditional tasty fayre finished with home baking and cream cakes!
